Manage the sales pipeline. 4. Analyze the market and create competitive advantages. 5. Monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved. Requirement -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. -At least 2 years of in sales, business development, or related roles. -Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including closing deals and demonstrating sales success. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Experience in hotel sales is a plus. -Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English. -Ability to travel to meet clients in other provinces or as assigned by the company. -Enthusiastic and able to work independently. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, and CRM is an advantage. -Valid driver's license is required. -Local candidates will be given special consideration. -Training will be conducted at the Head Office in Phuket for about 1 month (Online / Onsite) Benefit Salary based on agreement with Incentive 2 days off per week 13 public holidays per year Annual Leave / Vacation Leave Social Security Fuel Allowance Work from Home Working Hour 08:30 17:30 Holiday Sat-Sun (Public Holidays)
