Post: Events Officer General Provide administration support to the Event Team Details Responsibilities Update the website with event information and assist in the production of event and marketing materials. Assist the Event Manager in preparing marketing materials and event-related documents. Research and source event gifts, merchandise and promotional items. Support the planning and coordination of cricket tournaments and events. Liaise with vendors and logistics providers to ensure smooth event operations and post-event wrap-up. Provide on-site support during cricket events and tournaments as required, including weekends. Assist in event reporting, data analysis and the preparation of event proposals. Provide administrative and operational support to other functions as required. Assist the social media manager in maintaining content hygiene and event track-keeping. Liaise with internal stakeholders for record keeping of domestic and international fixtures. Requirements Diploma or above in Event Management, Marketing, Sports Management or related disciplines. Attained Level 2 (HKDSE) or Grade E / Level 2 (HKCEE) or above in five subjects, including English and Chinese, or equivalent is a must. 1-3 years' relevant experience in event coordination, sports events, marketing or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered. Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Proactive, responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the local sports industry and cricket is an advantage. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when events are scheduled.
