About the Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead projects, coordinate trades, and ensure every home is built to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations Coordinate subcontractors and trades Read and interpret construction plans Maintain quality workmanship and site safety Keep projects on schedule Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers About You You are motivated, organised, and take pride in producing quality work. You enjoy leading a team, solving problems, and maintaining high standards on every project.
