Responsibility : Responsible for non-production supplier sourcing, including price negotiation, cost analysis, contract signing, and implementation of purchasing strategy. Identify and cultivate potential supplier resources, establish communication with demand sectors, and formulate effective purchasing strategies. Conduct price negotiations with suppliers, analyze and establish target prices, exercise control over purchasing costs, and generate comprehensive purchasing reports. Draft contracts, collaborate with compliance and finance team, and ensure the meticulous execution of contract terms. Analyze purchasing data, devise optimization measures for purchasing costs, and diligently work towards achieving annual cost reduction targets. Perform data analysis for purchasing, establish a category price database, and maintain a robust supplier database. Responsible for the establishment of the non-production purchasing process system for streamlined operations. Complete other tasks assigned by leader. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in automobiles, business, or relevant fields. Over 5 years of extensive experience in non-production purchasing within the automotive industry; familiarity with operations services, engineering, equipment, advertising, etc. Proficiently use Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous. Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
