Accounts Receivable (AR) for Sleephappy

Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer 1 Headcount, Position Summary: The AR will handle customer payments, manage invoicing processes, and ensure all accounts receivable tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. They will oversee credit control and collections to minimize overdue accounts. Key Responsibilities: Process customer invoices and ensure timely collection of payments. Monitor accounts receivable balances and resolve payment discrepancies. Manage credit applications and ensure customer creditworthiness. Generate AR reports and provide updates on payment statuses. Follow up on outstanding debts and liaise with customers to resolve issues. Understanding and reconciling the platform wallets in Shopee, Lazada and Marketplace channels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 3+ years of experience in AR or credit control. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Worked in a marketing agency or e-commerce company and has experience in reconciling for marketplace channels such as Lazada, Shopee, and online platform as Facebook, Line Official, or TikTok. Excellent in Thai and Good in English Communication. Can start to work immediately is plus. Work Location: Khlong Toei Khlong Toei Bangkok 10110.
