Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from clinicians and healthcare providers regarding housing, travel, payroll, and other assignment-related concerns Create, manage, and resolve cases while maintaining accurate documentation, case notes, and dispositions Review and process payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with the Payroll Team for approvals, escalations, and issue resolution Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards Manage multiple concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service Adapt to changing operational requirements and business priorities QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience At least 6 months of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable, accountable, and professional in all interactions Excellent attendance and reliability Willingness to work overtime (OT) and rest day overtime (RDOT) based on business needs Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail WHY JOIN US?
