Role & Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & OD Develop and execute short-term and long-term OD and HRD strategies that align with the company’s vision and policies. Oversee and promote continuous improvement programs, such as Kaizen or Six Sigma, to improve work processes and overall efficiency. Design and maintain the company’s Competency models and KPI frameworks to measure performance accurately. 2. Learning & Talent Management Manage the full spectrum of HRD, including Training, Learning & Development, and Talent & Succession Management. Implement Digital Learning solutions, utilizing LMS or AI tools to modernize how our employees learn and grow. Act as a coach and internal consultant for department heads, helping them develop their own teams effectively. 3. Team & Budget Management Prepare and oversee the HRD budget to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness and value. Lead and mentor the HRD team to ensure smooth daily operations and high performance. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: * At least 7 years of experience in HRD or OD. Minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Skills: * Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and link business needs to people development. Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for organizational growth. Coaching: Proven ability to advise and coach managers and employees at all levels. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Digital Learning tools, LMS, or AI to enhance HR processes.
