Job Responsibilities Conduct material requirement breakdowns, evaluate supplier production capacity, and assess capacity constraints under demand surge scenarios. Identify material-related supply chain risks, issue proactive early warnings for bottleneck components, and determine key delivery pain points based on medium- and long-term forecasts. Drive accelerated delivery of bottleneck materials and maintain a daily delivery dashboard to monitor progress and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with contract manufacturing partners to resolve and formally close out material shortage issues. Align with manufacturing partners on monthly supplier delivery achievement rates. Perform in-depth analysis of delivery performance data and develop visual dashboards for management reporting and decision support. Oversee and manage the tracking of overseas material deliveries to ensure timely international shipments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above is required. Relevant work experience in supply chain management is preferred; outstanding recent graduates with strong academic records will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software applications is required. Willing and able to travel frequently for business, including to the company's headquarters in Shenzhen, China, and to overseas locations in Indonesia. Demonstrated strong adaptability, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a solid team-oriented mindset are essential.
