Finance Executive / Senior Executive (AP & AR)

Job Responsibilities Collect and archive documents for each business process, including receipt and delivery documents, import and export documents, purchase and sales documents, and equipment acceptance documents Review expense reimbursement form and payment application form. Handle daily basic accounting tasks, including expense processing, account reconciliation, and asset accounting Manage local accounting vouchers and ensure proper documentation Conduct regular inventory and fixed asset counts, and prepare related reports Assist with estimated tax filings and submit e-invoices Declare various taxes on time and maintain communication with local tax authorities Coordinate with group headquarters to ensure accurate daily accounting for subsidiaries Support the implementation of group financial processes and policies at the local level Cooperate with annual audits, including financial statement audits and income tax settlements Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems for subsidiaries Maintain effective communication with the finance team at group headquarters Provide support to other finance-related functions within the group as needed Requirements Have strong executive power and good professional ethics Be upright, principled, and have good communication and interpersonal skills Practical and steady, careful work and strong sense of responsibility Be able to speak and write in Malay, English and Mandarin and have good communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Possess the qualification of financial personnel in Malaysia and hold the corresponding qualification certificates Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, tax laws, regulations and policies Must possess Manufacturing's working experience and background
