Senior PM, Project / Program Management (HR IT)

Summary The HRIT is responsible to work closely with HRIS in developing, and maintaining internal applications, automation, and business intelligence & reporting solutions that support operational efficiency and decision-making across HR, Finance, Operations, and other functions. This position will be prioritizing HR projects for start. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in systems engineering, software development, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects. Hands-on experience in HR systems establishment and integration (e.g., ERP,etc). Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies. Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Software Development & Automation Design, develop, test, and maintain internal applications and tools Automate repetitive business processes to improve efficiency Build and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations between systems Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, and well-documented 2. Business Intelligence & Reporting Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from systems Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and visualizations for management Provide insights to support decision-making and operational improvements Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports 3. Applications & ERP Support (Minor / Escalated) Assist in minor ERP or system configuration changes (within scope) Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs 4. Collaboration & Governance Work with business users to gather requirements and propose technical solutions Follow IT policies, change management procedures, and security guidelines Support audit or compliance activities related to applications, BI, and reporting 5. Automation & Process Optimization • Automate repetitive business and manufacturing processes. • Implement workflow automation and intelligent document processing. • Improve engineering and quality workflows.
