Warehouse Management Supervisor (Support RD team)

Location: Samutprakan (Bangpoo) Working Hours: 07:40 - 16:40 / Monday - Friday Job Summary Lead warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and timely material support for engineering prototype and production activities. Drive warehouse process improvements and lead the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and shipping. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control and cycle counting. Support engineering prototype builds with fast and flexible material preparation. Manage common parts allocation across multiple Business Units and maintain appropriate safety stock levels. Develop and improve warehouse processes, including warehouse digitalization initiatives (e.g., Pick-by-Light, barcode systems). Establish standardized warehouse operations to support future RDPT expansion. Lead and coach the warehouse team while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and 5S standards. Coordinate closely with PM, MC, Procurement, Production, and RD to ensure on-time material support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in electronics manufacturing or prototype/NPI operations is preferred.
