QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of experience (5 years is a plus) working with major integrators, friendly competitors, or online last-mile operators in Thailand. Prior experience in telecommunications-related roles, such as sales/product manager, solution manager, or integrator project manager. Major in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field; other majors with comparable relevant work experience are also acceptable. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus (candidates with a major in Chinese and HSK Level 5 or equivalent are also welcome). Strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork skills. With experience in TRUE/W&W or AIS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for building CRM relationships with True & W&W last-mile teams to obtain project information, such as sales MOUs, project processes, budget plans, or competitor details. Responsible for mobile project bidding and support, including last-mile projects and other new initiatives. Assisting with project execution tasks for relevant projects to ensure smooth cash flow processes (order management, bonds, local delivery, payments, etc.). Ensuring customer satisfaction.
