The Role: What You'll Be Doing: As part of a site-based construction team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality commercial builds across multiple project stages, including: Commercial/Residential Carpentry & Labouring Framing, formwork, and internal fit-outs. Quality & Safety Maintaining a strong focus on workmanship, safety standards, and project timelines. Team Collaboration Working closely with site managers, subcontractors, and other trades to meet key milestones. What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need: Relevant Trade Certificates Prior Construction Experience Safety & Compliance Awareness Current White Card A current driver's licence and reliable transport to access sites across Northern Tasmania.
