The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. About the Team: As part of this role, you will drive initiatives aimed at fostering growth and expansion while aligning with the organization's strategic priorities. Your role will encompass: Job Description: Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Warehouse Operations to identify and resolve post-sales supply chain issues to improve seller experience Drive high-impact operational excellence initiatives to optimize processes and improve service quality Develop performance dashboards & reporting frameworks to monitor initiatives outcomes and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial and Operations to execute strategic initiatives that strengthen seller retention and operational scalability Conduct periodic fulfilment center visits to assess on ground processes, identify operational bottlenecks and translate frontline insights into sustainable process improvements Plan and execute end-to-end seller communications for operational initiatives and process enhancements to drive awareness, adoption and awareness Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel; familiarity with Apps Script or basic workflow automation is a plus Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
