The Role We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to support and deliver digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across web, mobile and wealth platforms within the banking sector. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the digital banking roadmap, working closely with business, technology and design teams to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences that support business growth and operational excellence. What You'll Do • Take accountability for the delivery of digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across assigned platforms • Analyze, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery • Prepare approval papers, governance documents and conduct research for new initiatives • Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation • Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs • Drive transformation of customer servicing journeys through innovative digital solutions • Collaborate with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders to enhance customer experience What We're Looking For • 6-9 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or digital product management role • Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence and Agile environments • Strong experience preparing User Stories and Business Requirements Definitions • Solid understanding of customer journey mapping, process optimization and value creation • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Flexible, resilient and adaptable working style suited to a fast-paced environment What We Offer • Competitive salary • Opportunity to work on high-impact digital transformation initiatives • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Exposure to leading digital banking platforms and practices • Career development and mentorship opportunities • Training and continuous learning support How to Apply Apply now with your latest CV, or reach out to our recruitment team to learn more.
