Our client is a leading Japanese construction services provider with established operations in Thailand. The company is seeking an experienced professional to join its team and support its continued business growth and project operations. Job Description: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Section, including cash management activities. Monitor and ensure the timely preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports. Manage account reconciliations and investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies. Liaise with relevant external parties, including the Revenue Department, external auditors, and tax consultants, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards. Establish, review, and continuously improve accounting procedures and practices across both manual and computerised processes. Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations. Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, Revenue Code requirements, applicable legislation, and other regulatory requirements. Provide accounting and tax advice, guidance, and problem-solving support to other departments and companies within the Group. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience within the construction industry is preferred. Holding a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) qualification is preferred. Experience using Mango ERP is an advantage. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
