Contract Project Manager

About the role Speedy Group Corp. Limited is seeking a Contract Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis . Based in Yau Ma Tei, Yau Tsim Mong District , this role is central to our operations, overseeing the successful delivery of critical projects whilst ensuring contractual obligations are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. As Contract Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through to completion, with a particular focus on contract management, risk mitigation, and maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business whilst developing your expertise in programme and project management within the Information and Communication Technology sector. Key responsibilities Plan, iniPerforming overall project planning of IT projects/initiatives for Government projects; Overseeing project management, monitoring project progress and contractor performance in IT project implementation and system operation; Performing quality assurance on project deliverables to assure their quality and compliance with Government standards; Liaising and coordinating among internal users, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties throughout IT project implementation; Reporting project progress. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years focused on project management Minimum of 2 years' experience in Working with/in the HKSAR Government in relation to IT projects; Minimum of 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support and Document Flow/Workflow Management System; Professional certification in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent qualification; Knowledge in areas related to property management, tenancy management or estate surveying is highly preferred.
