Job Description About our client A leading insurer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regulatory-driven change initiatives across the business. This is a business-facing role sitting close to stakeholders in operations, compliance, actuarial and distribution — not a technical delivery role — with end-to-end accountability for planning, driving and landing complex regulatory and transformation programmes. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of regulatory-led projects, from initiation and scoping through to implementation and post-implementation review Translate regulatory requirements into clear, executable project plans with defined milestones, owners and dependencies Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance and Distribution to ensure changes are understood, adopted and embedded in business-as-usual Manage project governance including steering committee reporting, RAID logs, budget tracking and status reporting to senior stakeholders Drive transformation initiatives that improve process efficiency, customer experience and operational control Proactively identify risks and blockers, escalate appropriately and resolve issues to keep delivery on track Ensure all deliverables meet audit, regulatory and internal control standards Requirements 10–15 years' project management experience, with a strong track record delivering regulatory and transformation projects within insurance, banking or another heavily regulated environment A business-oriented profile — this is not an IT or technology-focused position Demonstrable record of strong execution: complex projects delivered on time, in scope and to standard Highly detail-oriented, with the discipline to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously Confident communicator able to influence and align stakeholders up to senior management level Bachelor's degree; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification advantageous Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
