JOIN TIDDA WORKFORCE Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced Plant Operators and Road Workers to support upcoming road construction and maintenance projects across the South West NSW region. These opportunities offer competitive rates, a great roster, and the chance to work on essential infrastructure projects that support regional communities. ABOUT THE ROLE 📍 Location: Narrandera NSW & Surrounding South West Regions 📅 Start Date: Early September 2026 📆 Duration: Opportunities available through October 2026 with potential extensions 🕒 Roster: 9-Day Fortnight 💰 Pay Rate: Up to $48.94 per hour + Super (PAYG) DUTIES MAY INCLUDE Operating loaders, rollers, water carts and other plant equipment Road maintenance and pavement repairs Pothole repairs and roadside maintenance Sign, guidepost and guardrail installation Traffic control activities General civil construction labouring Working within road construction and maintenance crews Safe use of hand and power tools Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have: ✔ White Card ✔ Current Driver's Licence ✔ WOF (Work on Foot) Ticket or willingness to obtain ✔ Traffic Control Ticket or willingness to obtain ✔ MR Licence highly regarded ✔ Previous civil construction, road maintenance or plant operating experience ✔ Loader, Roller and Water Cart experience highly regarded ✔ Ability to pass a Police Check ✔ Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic IMPORTANT For Plant Operator positions, applicants must be willing to camp away from home when required . Projects may operate throughout the South West NSW region, including Narrandera, Tocumwal, Finley, Darlington Point and surrounding areas.
