What Matters Most We’re hiring for attitude and afternoon availability, not just qualifications. Teaching qualifications aren’t essential but, being able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week (inclusive of 3:30pm-5;30 pm) is. Using our evidence-based literacy and maths intervention programs, you’ll help students build literacy, numeracy, confidence and independence while unlocking their potential. Our comprehensive, paid training program will equip you with everything you need to succeed. Training is conducted in centre (Cranbourne West), Mon-Fri, 9:00am-4:00pm, commencing October 5 2026.
