Finance Project Coordinator (SAP Implementation)

Our client is seeking a Finance Project Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Regional Head of FP&A, this role will work closely with the SAP implementation project team to ensure controlling activities, processes, and responsibilities are clearly defined and effectively integrated within the new SAP environment. Job Description: Act as an active member of the SAP implementation team for Thailand by participating in project meetings, coordinating requirements, providing recommendations on FP&A roles and activities, and aligning relevant stakeholders Facilitate communication and coordination between central project teams in Italy and France and local teams, including visits to manufacturing plants in Thailand when required Monitor project status, identify risks, and manage open issues related to controlling activities Coordinate with manufacturing sites to implement new standard costing processes based on the SAP core model, including support for cost definition, computation, and rollout Support plant FP&A teams in adapting controlling activities within the new SAP environment, including rollout of new standard costing processes, reconciliation tools, and improved ways of working Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field Previous experience in financial controlling within an international company, preferably in a manufacturing environment with exposure to cost controlling Experience participating in ERP implementation projects, either as an external consultant or internal project member Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly FI and CO modules Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills Fluent in English with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment Quick learner with a proactive mindset and curiosity for continuous improvement and new ways of working
