Key Responsibilities Respond to and follow up on leads from LINE, social media, phone, email, and other channels Understand the needs and goals of parents and students through consultations Recommend suitable Fen-i programs, courses, and learning experiences Manage the sales journey from initial inquiry through enrollment and follow-up Conduct consultations, trial-class follow-ups, and enrollment coordination Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales records Follow up with existing families to encourage renewals and additional program participation Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Learning teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Participate in Open Houses, workshops, events, and other sales activities Track sales performance and report progress against monthly targets Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and sales process Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field Experience in service-based, consultative, or experience-based sales is preferred over product sales Experience in education, hospitality, lifestyle, consulting, events, or other customer-focused industries is an advantage Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Customer-focused and able to understand and respond to client needs Confident in conducting consultations and sales conversations Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics Good command of Thai and English Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn Passion for education, youth development, and creating meaningful customer experiences
