Accountabilities: Explore network growth opportunities by assessing market demand trends and identifying potential consortium partnerships and other external collaboration opportunities. Review and optimize network efficiency and vessel deployment strategies in alignment with trade requirements. Liaise and negotiate with other shipping lines on service routes and corridors requiring alliance, consortium partnerships, or joint collaborations, including slot charter arrangements, slot exchanges, and joint services. Address and resolve concerns raised by Trade, Operations, Legal, and Fleet Management teams from a network planning perspective. Conduct market research and analytical studies to support strategic planning initiatives. Monitor costs and risk exposure associated with network operations and partnerships. Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: University graduate in Shipping or Logistics Management, Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin is preferred Proficient in PC applications and Microsoft Office.
