The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising support, donor relations, and event coordination, with a keen interest in nonprofit development and cultural philanthropy. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and research abilities are essential to support the museum’s fundraising and development initiatives. What you'll be doing: Assist in executing the museum’s fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with development goals. Track and report fundraising metrics, measuring donor trends and campaign performance. Conduct prospect research and support donor cultivation with briefings and reports. Manage donor records and communications, including acknowledgment letters and recognition initiatives, communication materials and responding to donor inquiries if needed. Support grant applications and funding proposals for exhibitions and programs, ensuring timely submissions and follow up. Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, including digital outreach efforts. Support donor membership programs, ensuring engagement through exclusive events and communications. Maintain and update fundraising CRM systems, ensuring accurate donor and sponsorship data. Coordinate fundraising events, handling logistics and registration. Represent the museum at fundraising and public events, building relationships with potential supporters. Develop communication materials to promote fundraising efforts and donor engagement. Provide administrative support, including financial tracking, reporting, and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed. What we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in corporate sponsorships, business development, or fundraising, preferably in a cultural institution. Proven track record in securing and managing corporate sponsorship agreements. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with corporate partners and institutional funders. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English. Ability to develop compelling sponsorship proposals aligned with corporate CSR goals. Experience in contract management, sponsorship activation, and partner engagement. Strong analytical skills to assess sponsorship performance and revenue impact. Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate across marketing, events, and fundraising teams. Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple sponsorships simultaneously. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
