Key Responsibilities 1. Deal Execution & Support Assist in preparing pitch books, investor presentations, and marketing materials (e.g., prospectuses, roadshow materials). Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, etc.), and scenario testing for equity transactions. Track live deal execution, including book-building, investor feedback, and allocation strategies. Coordinate due diligence processes with legal, accounting, and regulatory teams. 2. Market & Industry Research Monitor equity market trends, IPO pipelines, and investor sentiment across sectors. Analyze peer transactions, trading performance, and valuation benchmarks. Prepare weekly/monthly ECM updates for internal and client use. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Investment Banking on equity financing solutions for clients. Liaise with Sales & Trading to gauge market demand and pricing dynamics. Coordinate with Equity Research on industry insights and valuation inputs. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. CFA/MBA a plus. Experience: 1–3 years in investment banking, ECM, equity research, or related roles. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Familiarity with Bloomberg, CapIQ, and other market data tools. Understanding of equity capital markets regulations (SEC, HKEX, etc.). Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines. Team player with high professionalism and client focus.
