Description To support the IT team in daily technical operations, system maintenance, and troubleshooting while gaining hands-on working experience Responsibilities 1. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting company hardware, software, and network systems 2. Provide basic technical support to internal users 3. Support system installation, configuration, and testing activities 4. Assist in website, system, or application maintenance 5. Participate in AI and digital solution-related projects 6. Monitor and update IT documentation and records 7. Support data entry, backup, and system housekeeping tasks 8.
