Job Description: Join the Infrastructure Services Team to manage network and voice infrastructure for the bank, including offices, branches and data centers Monitor network performance, troubleshoot and ensure stability of the network and voice infrastructure Assist on bank project initiatives in different phase and manage related change according to change management process Prepare related documents for operations and maintenance, as well as response to internal or external audit and regulators’ enquiry. Manage vendor performance according to SLA Requirements: Bachelor Degree/ tertiary education of IT related disciplines 3 years working experience with CCNP qualification Banking experience is preferable but not a must Good interpersonal communication skill is an advantage Problem solver with can-do attitude is key to success Support/ troubleshooting during non-office hours is required on need basis Candidate with more experience will be considered as Network Manager Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
