Business Analytics Analyst is responsible for delivering business-driven analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and Power Platform technologies, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The position combines hands-on BI development and data platform expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, requiring someone who can translate business needs into actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions. 客户简介 Our client is a leading Asia-based real estate owner and asset manager with a diversified portfolio spanning retail, office, logistics, and mixed-use properties. 工作内容 As a Business Analytics Analyst professional, your main responsibilities will include: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and translate them into effective analytics and reporting solutions. Design, develop, and enhance enterprise data models, semantic models, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Build and maintain modern data platforms and data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric, leveraging Data Factory and related Azure technologies. Deliver meaningful insights and performance reporting that support operational management, strategic planning, and business decision-making. Automate reporting processes and business workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and governance. Use Microsoft Fabric Copilot and AI-powered capabilities to accelerate development and improve analytics outcomes. Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and communications throughout the analytics delivery lifecycle. Ensure data quality, performance optimisation, documentation, governance, and best practices across reporting solutions. Explore and recommend innovative analytical approaches, including AI-enabled analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning opportunities. Collaborate across business and technology teams to continuously improve the organisation's analytics capabilities. 理想的求职者 A successful Business Analytics Analyst should have: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. 2+ of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing environments. Strong hands-on expertise in: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Data Factory, Power Automate, Azure data and analytics technologies Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical analytics solutions. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial drivers and operational processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple initiatives and delivering projects in a dynamic business environment. Good understanding of BI governance, deployment processes, documentation, and solution lifecycle management. Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging data, AI, and emerging technologies to create business value. Experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics is an advantage. 福利待遇 Annual salary ranging from HKD 420,000 to HKD 480,000. 12 months' salary plus bonus.
