Job Responsibilities: Position: IT Engineer ( SAP ) 1. SAP S/4HANA module maintenance and user technical support 2. Design and optimize the SAP Finance/Cost module to ensure compliance with Malaysian financial and tax regulations; and Integrate with local third-party platforms and tax authorities to ensure invoice issuance complies with local regulations. 3.Design and optimize SAP Material Management processes to ensure material management complies with relevant Malaysian regulations; Handle import and export material management in accordance with customs regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant Malaysian laws. 4.Design and optimize SAP SD/IEB (Import / Sales and Import) modules to integrate customer orders and logistics management; Ensure sales and export customs clearance processes comply with Malaysian business tax and customs regulations. Position: IT Engineer ( Network) 1. Maintain the company's internal network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. 2. Monitor network performance; analyze and resolve network bottlenecks or anomalies to ensure stable network operation. 3. Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment. 4. Conduct regular network performance tests to meet the business requirements. Job Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering, with at least 2 years of IT Engineer experiences. 2) Experience in ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) development experiences is an added advantage. 3) Familiar with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as their operating principles. 4. Knowledgeable about network security technologies; capable of designing and implementing network security 5. Familiar with common network management and performance analysis tools, such as Wireshark and SolarWinds. 6) Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin , English (need to deal with Taiwan counterparts)
