Bancassurance Specialist Manager (Kuching, Sarawak) Job Description: Proactively approach potential clients via phone and face-to-face meetings to present Bancassurance Regular Premium and Single Premium plans. Collaborate with bank Relationship Managers and Lead Generators to cross-sell Bancassurance Life products to their customer portfolios. Conduct regular reviews and updates of Bancassurance plans for customers under your care. Ensure accurate and complete submission of all required documentation for Bancassurance sales. Execute planned sales activities within the assigned BAS territory to meet KPIs and maintain sales quality. Adhere strictly to all internal and external guidelines and frameworks set by the bank for this role. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in financial or insurance-related products. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Must possess valid licenses: PCEIA Life, CEILLI, and Takaful TBE. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
