Procurement Officer

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation/tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance. Source and evaluate suppliers for broadcasting, IT, engineering, facilities management, events, and corporate services requirements. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings. Prepare procurement documentation, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance reports. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service standards. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers. Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Assist in budget tracking, spend analysis, and annual procurement planning. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related disciplines. Minimum 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience. Experience in media, broadcasting, telecommunications, IT, or technology procurement is an advantage. Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills. Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
