Job Purpose: This role is the strategic engine behind the company’s domestic marketing excellence and the catalyst for regional innovation. The Head of Marketing (Domestic Business & Regional Innovation) leads a dynamic portfolio across multiple categories: combining deep consumer understanding, brand storytelling, and commercial acumen to deliver sustained growth. Beyond brand management, this leader builds a culture of performance and creativity, developing a high-impact marketing team that balances strategy with flawless execution. The role also pioneers innovation initiatives across the region, transforming consumer insights into scalable business opportunities and future growth pipelines. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership & Category Growth Define and implement brand and category growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead annual brand planning, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment. Ensure clear brand positioning, differentiation, and alignment across all consumer touchpoints. Leverage consumer insights and market trends to drive both short-term business results and long-term brand equity. 2. Brand Equity & P&L Management Manage full P&L responsibility for domestic categories, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Drive pricing, promotion, and product mix strategies in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams. Track and analyze key performance and brand health metrics to ensure continuous improvement. 3. Innovation & Portfolio Development Lead the innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization, ensuring consumer relevance and business viability. Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver innovation on time and within budget. Scale successful innovations across markets and cultivate a test-and-learn culture to accelerate growth. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Commercial Execution Serve as the marketing lead interfacing with Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs. Oversee integrated launch readiness and ensure excellence in market execution. Align A&P investments, media, and digital activities with commercial priorities and channel strategies. Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness. 5. People Leadership & Team Development Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team with a focus on accountability, agility, and creativity. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans to enhance team capability and engagement. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Champion internal capability-building programs to strengthen strategic and creative marketing excellence. 6. Regional Collaboration & Innovation Advocacy Represent the domestic business in regional innovation forums and cross-market initiatives. Identify and pilot locally relevant innovations with potential for regional expansion. Ensure brand consistency while adapting strategies to meet local consumer needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive FMCG marketing experience with a proven track record in brand building, innovation, and business growth. Strong expertise in P&L management, brand portfolio development, and category expansion. Demonstrated ability to translate consumer and market insights into impactful marketing, innovation, and communication strategies. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving results in fast-paced, highly competitive market environments. Outstanding leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of excellence. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
