Position Title: Customer Success (SaaS / IT System) Salary: Depend on experience Location: Silom, Bangkok (Near MRT Silom / BTS Sala Daeng) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 About Us Japanese Tech Company is a leading cloud-based SaaS provider transforming corporate operations. We centralize contact data, sales history, and document workflows (including our invoice management solution) to streamline business processes, uncover sales opportunities, and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Project Management: Lead end-to-end cloud implementation, software deployment, and onboarding projects for corporate clients. Business Process Analysis: Analyze client workflows—particularly in finance, accounting, procurement, and back-office operations—to align our solutions with client needs. System Configuration & Integration: Configure system settings to meet client requirements and guide them smoothly through the implementation lifecycle. User Enablement: Conduct engaging training sessions, interactive workshops, and product demonstrations for client stakeholders and end-users. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local sales, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth platform adoption and long-term customer retention. Continuous Product Improvement: Monitor product usage, gather user feedback, and translate customer insights into actionable requests for internal product teams. Qualifications Experience: Background in software implementation, project coordination, business analysis, ERP support, or B2B customer-facing technical delivery roles. Hands-on Skills: Direct experience in supporting B2B software deployment, system onboarding, or post-sales delivery projects. Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of business processes such as accounting, financial procurement, invoicing, workflow automation, or corporate document management. Language Proficiency: Business-level English required (for daily internal and global communication, collaboration, and reporting). Necessary: Team player, Cross-Functional Alignment, Cross-Cultural Collaboration, Solution-Oriented & Adaptability.
