Senior Training Officer (E-Learning & Learning Systems)

Job Description : 1. Learning Systems Administration Manage and develop the Learning Management System (LMS) Define the structure for Learning Paths and Learning Catalogs Administer user accounts, courses, and learning records Oversee data integration between the HR system and learning database 2. Digital Learning Management Develop and manage E-Learning courses Plan the Digital Learning Roadmap Support the development of Microlearning and AI-assisted Learning Oversee and maintain quality standards for online courses 3. Learning Content Development Design and develop digital learning materials Support the production of video learning content Develop training manuals, infographics, and interactive learning materials Define and establish standards for learning assets 4. Learning Analytics Analyze learning data Develop dashboards and track KPIs Analyze learner engagement Support data-driven decision making 5. Knowledge Management Capture and compile knowledge from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Develop and maintain the Knowledge Repository Support the creation of a Learning Community 6. Learning Innovation Research and explore emerging learning technologies Integrate AI and digital tools Develop frameworks for continuous learning Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Education Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Business Administration or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Learning, Learning Technology, or Knowledge Management.
