Test Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead – Automation+Manual to oversee and manage the automated testing efforts across our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in test automation frameworks, hands-on scripting skills, and leadership experience in coordinating test teams and strategies. Responsibilities: •Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts and frameworks. •Define and implement test automation strategy, standards, and best practices. •Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure quality and timely delivery of features. •Guide and mentor QA team members on test automation tools and techniques. •Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. •Maintain and enhance automated test suites for regression, performance, and functional testing. •Plan and manage test resources and timelines to align with release schedules. •Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution. •Evaluate and select tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency. •Track QA metrics and generate regular quality reports for stakeholders. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. •6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation. •Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). •Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). •Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). •Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. •Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •Leadership or mentoring experience in QA/testing teams.
