Key Responsibilities: Managing and Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions achieve company goals. Prepare and revise third party intermediately (TPI) Inventory list. Approved and perform the delivery request, close sales and marketing request via CRM platform. Budget & KPI Management Qualifications: Experience in related field more than 5 years (if have experience in Aesthetics,Wellness or Hospital industry preferred) Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration (Marketing, Communication Arts or related field). Qualified chartered marketer. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Confident and dynamic personality. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
