Job Description: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (JUNIOR POSITION) Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Role (AP) · Classification Fixed Cost invoices for verification, account allocation and capture data entry, schedule payment proposal in SAP. · Raising Cheque Request and issuing computer and manual cheque or process e-banking payments to vendors and staff. · Monthly Fixed Cost accrual expenses report. · Issue withholding tax certificates to vendors. · Prepare deposit report. · Reviewing vendor inactive / ad hoc. · Raise Journal Voucher for adjustment, Generate monthly JV approval limit report. · Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Accounts report. · Clear suspense accounts · Prepare vendor master form for new vendor, follow up confirmation letter of vendor bank detail. · Other duties assigned by Accountant Thailand. Qualifications and Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline. Fresh graduated are welcome. · Experience and knowledge in SAP and MS office, strong knowledge of taxation and regulation in Thailand are advantages. · Strong communication and coordination skills. · Good English Communication skill. · Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization. · Adaptable and willing to learn new tasks/systems quickly. · Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. · Patient and resilient; and able to handle repetitive/detail-oriented work accurately.
