HR OFFICER – RECRUITMENT / TA ( 1 -Year Contract)

Position: HR Officer (Recruitment/TA) ( 1 - year contract - Renewal or permanent employment opportunity available based on performance) Reporting to: Manager Location: SAM Precision (Thailand) Limited., Chon Buri Plant Roles and Responsibilities: Recruitment: Execute end to end process of recruitment (regular and outsourcing staff) Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through various channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks Organize and participate in recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline, such as job fair, campus road show, etc. Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment due to PDPA/RBA, including interview notes, reference check, offering package, and related paperwork Provide weekly report and updates Develop recruitment strategy Other tasks: Support HR Team for employee relation and corporate activities Advise and coach HR junior staff Other assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field At least 3-5 years working experience in related human resource functions, preferable in recruitment scope from leading companies or recruitment agencies. Experience in full-cycle of recruitment, especially for engineer levels, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Fluent in both Thai and English languages Ability to work individually with internal clients and overseas HR teams Positive thinking, and good personality Interpersonal understanding with strong negotiation & communication skill. Working Hour: Monday - Friday 08:00-17:15 Flexible Hour
