Responsibilities: Process Improvement, Automation and Digital Transformation: Identify improvement opportunities across UW and POS, analyze root causes, redesign business processes, and implement automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and enhance service quality with measurable business outcomes. Deliver Data Analytics, Reporting and Business Insights: Develop and maintain centralized data and reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical reports to support operational performance monitoring, improve data consistency, reduce manual work, and provide actionable insights for management decision-making. Prepare Executive Presentations and Business Insights: Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards and business updates for C-Level Management audiences by turning complex information into clear storytelling with actionable recommendations aligned with company strategic Support Ad-hoc Assignments and Special Projects: Support ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by Manager or Head of Division. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 0-5 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, business analysis, automation, and ability to prepare clear, structured business presentations or related roles. New graduates with strong analytical and technical skills are welcome. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Offices such as MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Table, Modern formulas) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, SQL, Python, or low-code / no-code tools is an advantage. Six Sigma certification and/or experience in insurance or banking is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. High ownership, service mindset, initiative, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
