Key Responsibilities · Lead the digitalization and automation of the company’s existing semi-manual Human Resources systems and processes. · Evaluate current HR workflows and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. · Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR information systems (HRIS) and other digital HR tools. · Develop and standardize HR policies, procedures, forms, and documentation. · Promote consistency and compliance across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance. · Monitor compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies. · Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations to support decision-making. · Collaborate with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. · Assist the HR Head in planning, implementing, and monitoring strategic HR initiatives. · Perform other duties that may be assigned by management. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. · At least 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. · Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. · Experience in HR process improvement, digital transformation, or HRIS implementation is highly desirable. · Strong leadership and organizational skills. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new digital platforms. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Willing to be assigned in Isabela.
