Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership · Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business plans. · Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team. · Represent the Finance function at Audit Committee and Board of Directors meetings. Accounting Management & Financial Reporting · Oversee the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), covering both PAE and NPAE entities. · Prepare Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) within required timelines. · Oversee the review and audit of financial statements by external and internal auditors. · Present financial results and analysis to the Audit Committee and senior management. · Coordinate and communicate with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET/SEC), investors, and relevant stakeholders. · Ensure transparency in reporting to shareholders, regulators, and other key stakeholders. Financial Planning & Analysis · Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support business decisions. · Conduct investment feasibility studies, business valuation using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology, and breakeven analysis for new investment projects. Risk Management & Compliance · Analyze and manage financial and accounting risks, both domestic and international, including operational risk. · Ensure compliance with applicable laws, SET/SEC regulations, Corporate Governance (CG) standards, and internal policies. · Oversee internal control systems and audit processes, both internal and external. · Manage bank deposits and credit facilities, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions. · Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and fundraising strategies. Tax Planning & Compliance · Oversee all corporate tax filings to ensure accuracy, full legal compliance, and maximum tax benefits. · Manage tax audits and coordinate tax refund processes with government authorities. Operational Excellence & Systems · Optimize financial systems, processes, and technology, including digital transformation initiatives in finance. · Oversee ERP systems for finance and accounting to ensure efficiency and data accuracy. · Provide financial, accounting, and tax advisory support to subsidiaries and associated companies. Leadership & Team Development · Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams to achieve high performance. · Foster a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous improvement. · Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with all business units. Job Qualifications Education & Experience · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. · At least 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. · Experience from a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) — Required. · Experience in Manufacturing industry — Preferred. · Completed the CFO certification program from the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP) and/or the Directors Certification Program (DCP) from IOD is an advantage. · Experience working with a company audited by a Big 4 firm, or having served as an auditor at a Big 4 firm, will be given special consideration. Professional Certifications · CPA (Certified Public Accountant) — Highly desirable. · CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification — An advantage. Technical Skills & Knowledge · Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, and capital markets. · Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, business valuation (DCF), and business analysis. · In-depth understanding of accounting standards (TFRS), tax regulations, and compliance frameworks for both PAE and NPAE entities. · Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and financial software. · Working proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication in a listed-company context. · Ability to manage work effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments while maintaining data accuracy.
