About the Role Raffles American School is seeking a compassionate, service-minded Parent Ambassador to join our Marketing and Community Relations team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong parent-school relations, resolving concerns with empathy, and creating a welcoming, family-oriented school culture. We are looking for candidates who are excellent communicators in both Thai and English, understand the mindset of parents, and enjoy working in a multicultural educational environment. Job Responsibilities Communicate with parents through phone, in-person meetings, and official communication channels, ensuring clear and timely information. Address, monitor, and follow up on parent concerns, complaints, and feedback to ensure appropriate resolution. Act as a bridge between parents and internal departments, including Academic, Administration, and Marketing teams, to coordinate and resolve issues effectively. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents and the school community. Communicate school updates, activities, and announcements clearly and professionally in coordination with the Content and Academic teams. Organize and support parent engagement activities, open houses, school fairs, recruitment events, and other school events. Manage and update social media content related to school activities, events, and community engagement. Support the Marketing team with newsletters, promotional materials, and other marketing activities. Represent the school as a brand ambassador by promoting the school’s strengths, values, and positive image. Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and community groups when required. Record, monitor, and report parent feedback, concerns, and unresolved issues to the relevant teams and management. Assist with administrative and other assignments from the Marketing Department and School Director. Participate in internal meetings and provide relevant updates and reports when required. KPIs Increased parent satisfaction Reduced number of complaints Lower student withdrawal rate Skills · Excellent communication (spoken and written) · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills · Good organizational and multitasking abilities · Knowledge of social media and digital platforms · Service-minded with a proactive attitude Qualifications Thai nationality Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Communication, or related field (Psychology preferred) Age between 27–30 years old Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English (conversational level acceptable) At least 1 year of experience in parent relations, customer service, or community engagement Strong problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and discretion in handling sensitive matters Good at mediation, compromise, and remaining calm under pressure Friendly, approachable, and professional in all communications Experience organizing parent-related activities or events is a plus Positive and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
