Whether you specialize in Record to Report , Accounts Payable , or Accounts Receivable , we want to hear from you. Job Description (Depending on Role) : Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner Perform 3-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies Monitor outstanding payables and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with company policies and controls Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices and ensure timely collection Perform account reconciliations and follow up on overdue balances Handle billing adjustments, credit notes, and customer queries Prepare AR aging reports and support cash flow forecasting Record to Report (RTR): Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end adjustments Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist in audit and compliance matters Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–3 years of relevant working experience (RTR, AP, or AR) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Able to work independently and within a team environment Only applicants who can legally live and work in Malaysia will be considered.
