Software Development & System Improvement * รับผิดชอบ Software และ Technology System ของตู้ถ่ายรูปทั้งหมด * สามารถ เขียน Code, แก้ไข Program และพัฒนา Software ได้ด้วยตัวเอง * Debug และแก้ไข Bug, Error, Crash, Lag และ Software Issue ต่างๆ * วิเคราะห์ Root Cause และแก้ไขปัญหาในระยะยาว ไม่ให้ปัญหาเดิมเกิดซ้ำ * พัฒนา New Feature และปรับปรุงระบบตู้ถ่ายรูปอย่างต่อเนื่อง * ดูแลและพัฒนา Web Application, Windows Application, API, Database และ Backend * Review Code และควบคุมคุณภาพของ Software ก่อนนำขึ้นใช้งานจริง 2. Backend, Server & Infrastructure * ดูแล Backend และ Server / Cloud Infrastructure เช่น DigitalOcean * ดูแล Deployment, Version Control, Update และ Configuration ของระบบ * วางระบบ Monitoring และ Logging เพื่อให้สามารถตรวจพบปัญหาได้รวดเร็ว * ดูแล Backup, Recovery และ System Security * Monitor Performance และวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเมื่อระบบ Slow, Lag หรือมี Downtime * ออกแบบระบบให้สามารถรองรับจำนวนตู้ สาขา และ Transaction ที่เพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคต 3. Technical Ownership * เป็น Technical Owner ของระบบ Technology ของ Sculpture * เข้าใจ Architecture และการเชื่อมต่อของระบบทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่หน้าตู้จนถึง Backend * กำหนด Technical Standard และ Best Practice ของบริษัท * วาง Technical Roadmap และเลือก Technology ที่เหมาะสมกับบริษัท * Identify Technical Risk และวางแผนป้องกันก่อนเกิดปัญหา * ลด Technical Debt และปรับปรุงระบบเดิมให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น * วางแผนการพัฒนาระบบให้รองรับการขยายธุรกิจในอนาคต 4. Lead & Manage IT Team * เป็นหัวหน้าทีม IT และดูแล Senior IT และ IT Admin / IT Support * แบ่งหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของแต่ละตำแหน่งให้ชัดเจน * กำหนด Priority และติดตามงานของทีม * วาง SOP / Workflow / Escalation Process สำหรับ Technical Issue * กำหนด Response Time และมาตรฐานในการแก้ไขปัญหา * ตรวจสอบ Performance และพัฒนา Technical Skill ของทีม * Coach และพัฒนา Senior IT ให้สามารถรับผิดชอบระบบและทีมได้มากขึ้น * สร้าง Knowledge Base และ Documentation เพื่อให้ความรู้ไม่ขึ้นอยู่กับบุคคลใดบุคคลหนึ่ง * เป็น Final Escalation Point สำหรับ Technical Issue ที่ Senior IT และ IT Support ไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ 5. Problem Management & System Stability * ดูแล Major Technical Incident และ Critical System Issue * วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดซ้ำจาก Ticket และ Incident ของทีม IT * แยกให้ออกว่าปัญหาเกิดจาก Software, Hardware, Network, Server หรือ Operation * วาง Permanent Solution แทนการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า * ตรวจสอบให้ Critical Issue ทุกปัญหามี Root Cause และแนวทางป้องกัน * ทำงานร่วมกับ Senior IT เพื่อปรับปรุง Hardware, Infrastructure และ Preventive Maintenance 🔎 คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา * มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development / System Development / Technical Lead / IT Management หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง * สามารถเขียน Code และแก้ไข Software ได้จริง * มีความเข้าใจ Web Application, API, Database และ Backend * มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Server / Cloud Infrastructure * สามารถ Debug และวิเคราะห์ Complex Technical Issues ได้ * เข้าใจ Software Architecture และ System Design * มีความรู้ด้าน Git / Version Control / Deployment * มี Developer Mindset และชอบแก้ปัญหาที่ Root Cause * มี Leadership และสามารถบริหารทีม Technical ได้ * สามารถจัดลำดับ Priority ระหว่าง Development และ Urgent Technical Issue ได้ดี * มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และ Follow-up ปัญหาจนได้รับการแก้ไขอย่างสมบูรณ์ * หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน DigitalOcean, Windows Application, Hardware Integration, Printer/Camera System หรือระบบ Kiosk / Photobooth จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เพื่อง่ายต่อการนัดสัมภาษณ์รบกวนส่ง CV ที่ อีเมล : hrcenter.sculpture@gmail.com
