To serve as the first point of contact for parents while supporting marketing and community engagement activities. This role ensures a positive parent experience and strengthens relationships between the school and its community. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Welcome and assist parents and visitors to ensure a positive experience • Manage and follow up on parent inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently • Organize PTA meetings and community events • Support marketing activities (open house, events, campaigns) • Assist with communication materials (newsletter, social media) • Liaise with external partners and vendors • Track and report assigned tasks to Marketing Manager • Support front office operations when required Education / Professional Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, or related field At least 1 year experience in customer service or related roles Good English communication (spoken and written) Friendly personality, service-minded, and professional Experience in events or marketing is an advantage Skills Strong communication skills in Thai and English Customer service and problem-solving skills Event coordination and organizational skills Basic marketing and social media knowledge Ability to work under pressure and multitask
