Offshore / Cross Border Banking Relationship Manager

Our clients are an international bank and they are seeking for Offshore Banking Relationship Manager from all levels to join their banking teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their valued offshore banking clients. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions to meet their clients' unique needs. (40K-60K) What you'll be doing Developing and managing a portfolio of offshore banking clients Proactively engaging with clients to understand their financial goals and requirements Providing personalised advice and recommending suitable banking products and services Handling client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand the bank's relationship with clients What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar offshore banking relationship management role Strong understanding of the offshore banking industry and regulatory environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Flexibility to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment Relevant professional qualifications, such as a banking or finance degree, are desirable About Us Manrison Personnel Limited is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the Banking & Financial Recruitment industry.
