Senior Business Analyst ( Product : HR Applications )

Job Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirement Management Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and Use Cases. Conduct business process mapping, workflow design, and system impact analysis. Work closely with developers, architects, and testers to ensure alignment with business objectives 2. Project Management Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to Non-SAP applications (both Cloud-based & On-premise). Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth execution. Track project progress and report key milestones to stakeholders 3. HR Application Development & Implementation Lead or contribute to the development and implementation of HR-related applications. Analyze HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement to identify system requirements. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure applications align with business needs and compliance standards. Support post-implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives for HR applications. 4. Problem Solving & Process Optimization Identify business pain points and propose strategic and technical solutions. Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive process improvement initiatives. Analyze system gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive implementation. 5. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Provide clear documentation and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Manage customer expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery 6.Leadership & Team Support Support and mentor junior Business Analysts and Project Team Members. Assist senior management in operational and strategic decision-making. Ensure best practices are followed across all BA and PM-related activities. Job Specifications At least 1-3 years of experience in designing, developing, or implementing HR-related applications (e.g., payroll, recruitment, performance management, or employee engagement systems). Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within IT projects OR Candidate whom experience in working experience related to HRIS position are welcome . At least 1 years of experience managing projects, particularly in Cloud-based or On-premise application implementation. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, with an ability to manage hybrid project methodologies. Prior experience working in a consulting or IT service environment, particularly for enterprise clients. Understanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS solutions, and system integration principles. Strong analytical skills to tackle complex, high-level business and technical challenges. Familiarity with API integration, data structures, and enterprise architecture to communicate with IT teams effectively. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience driving business process improvements and system enhancements.
