We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee warehouse, logistics, inventory, and cross-border shipping operations. This role will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, optimizing logistics costs, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce business. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Distribution Management Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and B2B/B2C shipments Manage 3PL providers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure service performance and SLA compliance Negotiate logistics rates and control transportation costs while maintaining service quality Review freight invoices and resolve billing discrepancies with logistics partners and internal stakeholders Maintain logistics reporting and rate accuracy through Power BI and other operational tools Resolve logistics issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience Support cross-functional projects and business initiatives Handle pick‑and‑pack tasks for sales orders. Cross-border Operations & Compliance Manage import/export operations and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations Monitor regulatory changes and implement operational adjustments when required Ensure accurate shipping documentation and cross-border compliance Coordinate VAT filings and compliance requirements for applicable markets Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure efficiency and inventory accuracy Monitor order fulfillment performance and logistics KPIs Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to support business objectives Requirements Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or FMCG industries Hands-on experience in 3PL and international shipping management Knowledge of inventory management and cross-border logistics Familiarity with WMS, ERP, OMS, or logistics systems Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Good command of English and Chinese Chinese résumé is required
