Country Tender Manager - APAC

YOUR ROLE To lead all country-level tender activities based on a predefined set of eligibility criteria, such as volume thresholds, rate validity, and tender complexity – ensuring that efforts are focused on commercially meaningful and winnable opportunities WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Manage end-to-end country-level tenders within CTM scope and criteria. Lead tenders in compliance with GTM governance, tools, templates, and processes. Ensure complete, competitive, and high-quality submissions are delivered on time. Provide accurate local input for regional and global tenders, including charges, lead times, and capabilities. Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Operations to gather and validate commercial and operational information. Own and regularly review the country’s HT/local charges file to ensure completeness and competitiveness. Coordinate with country, regional, and global stakeholders on strategic tenders, commercial discussions, and approvals. Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing by challenging conservative rates and lead times and strengthening cross-functional relationships. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? University degree or above Minimum 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry With experience in Freight forwarding pricing and tender management will be advantaged Proficiency in MS office applications Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Open-minded Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate the views and requirements of both external and internal parties and come to a common agreement WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
