I want my training → 招聘職位：團隊經理 / 業務發展經理 (Team Manager / BDM) 工作類型：全職（5天工作周） 薪酬待遇：優厚底薪 + 無上限佣金 + 完善醫療福利 職責說明 我們是香港領先的尊貴護膚品牌代理商，旗下代理多個國際頂級品牌，我們致力為本地高級美容院、醫療醫美中心及精選零售渠道提供世界頂級的專業美容產品與業務增長方案。為配合業務擴展，現誠邀具備熱誠的 B2C銷售精英及管理人才加入我們的專業團隊。 📌 職責範圍 團隊管理與領導：帶領團隊達成銷售目標，監督與指導團隊成員日常業務，制定業務擴展策略。 拓展業務：負責推廣及銷售公司旗下尊貴歐洲美容品牌產品及專業療程，目標客戶涵蓋高級美容院、醫療醫美中心、高級藥房（零售店）及網店平台。 客群管理：積極主動開拓新客源（B2B），同時跟進及維繫現有客戶，建立長遠且穩固的商業合作關係。 推動業績：為客戶提供專業的產品配置建議，跟進訂單，以達成或超越公司訂立的銷售目標。 活動策劃：協助籌備及參與各類品牌推廣活動，包括大型行業展覽（如美容展）、專題講座、VIP 療程發佈會及美容院開放日。 📌 入職要求 具備良好 B2C銷售經驗，有美容、醫美或護膚品行業經驗者優先考慮。 具備優秀的溝通技巧、談判能力及團隊領導潛質。 積極主動，有責任感，能承受銷售壓力並獨立處理業務。 必需有以上經驗三年
